Alloy C263 Foil is a unique blend of nickel, cobalt, chromium, and molybdenum, containing about 50–55% nickel, 19–21% chromium, 19–21% cobalt, 5.6–6.1% molybdenum, along with trace amounts of titanium and aluminum. This special composition gives it outstanding high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and weldability. The alloy boasts a tensile strength of around 1000 MPa and maintains impressive creep and rupture resistance up to 800°C. Additionally, it offers good ductility, oxidation resistance, and thermal stability, making it perfect for both high-stress and oxidizing environments.
